Smoked Meat Is Our Jam. 
As culinary creatives who grew up in the KC barbecue scene, we’ve spent our careers learning every tip and trick to smoking meats to perfection. Our whole brisket is methodically trimmed down and smoked for up to 16 hours over white oak, resulting in melt-in-your-mouth burnt ends that we use in our award-winning Bob’s Burnt End French Dip Sandwich.
